The Royal Bank of Scotland stated that the settlement is substantially covered by the existing provisions, which stood at £3.8 billion ($4.95 billion) as of Jun 30, 2016, and that it will have no impact on the bank's CET1 ratio. Coast Guard. The mother and son duo set off on September 18 for an Atlantic coast fishing trip, but the 31-foot boat sank shortly after takeoff. For about a week, the Coast Guard searched roughly 60,000 square miles for the pair . Sharon Hartstein, a close friend of Linda Carman's, said the mother and son regularly went on fishing trips together. The explosion in New York City occurred almost 12 hours after a bomb detonated in a garbage can in Seaside Park, New Jersey . Twenty-nine people were treated for injuries related to the blast. Danilo Gabrielli, 50, was watching TV at his 23rd Street apartment about a block away from the explosion site when he heard the blast.
